Surviving the Twenty-First Century is—among other things—the title of a book of essays, many of them involving my young son. And there was a next book, of more intellectual essays: Art, Sex, Politics. And this led to another WordPress site, also called Surviving the Twenty-First Century or Williameaton.world. Whereas Montaigbakhtinian puts writing first and art on the side, with Surviving it’s the other way round: above all there’s art, images!
